Not one, but two exciting Sales roles are now available at Singapore’s leading content hub.  In this role, you’ll be responsible for expanding and developing relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.

KEY ATTRIBUTES

ROLE 1 : SALES MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF SALES MANAGER

  • Develop plans and identify strategic critical actions to meet sales targets 
  • Pursue revenue opportunities to meet with monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives & targets 
  • Drive new business opportunities by maximising company’s potential 
  • Lead the sales department by instilling processes and introducing new systems for sales department to thrive within the company 
  • Lead by example to coach and mentor a team of sales representatives with the ability to recruit new hires, set measurable targets and performance monitoring. 
  • Work and liaise closely with internal content department to provide feedback and craft win-win solutions for clients 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Min. 5+ years of direct sales and management experience with a successful track record in leading a sales team, consistently meeting or exceeding targets 
  • Possess strong business acumen – able to quickly understand and adapt to the business and take ownership to provide solutions 
  • Background in Digital Content and Advertising preferred 
  • Demonstrates a driven attitude, strong leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and management skills
  • Good knowledge of digital trends and current affairs in Singapore and S.E.A.
  • Strong networker and relationship builder – adopting a collaborative approach across the business and externally with clients 
  • Advance fluency in English and Mandarin; other languages will be a (big) plus point

ROLE 2 : SALES REPRESENTATIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF SALES REPRESENTATIVE

  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities in the market  
  • Set up monthly, quarterly and annual reviews and reports for sales targets 
  • Actively seeks out new sales opportunities through various means of communication channels 
  • Take initiative to set up meetings with potential clients and ensure ample prep work is done ahead of time 
  • Manage sales process by demonstrating a strong understanding of client’s needs and concerns to close business opportunities 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing portfolio of clients
  • Work and liaise closely with internal content department to provide feedback and craft win-win solutions for clients  

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 1 year of direct Sales Operations or Account Management role 
  • Goal-oriented, adaptable and work well in fast-paced environments
  • Possess strong business acumen – able to quickly understand and adapt to the business and take ownership to provide solutions 
  • Background in Digital Content and Advertising preferred 
  • Demonstrates a driven attitude, strong leadership and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and resilient attitude when faced with challenges and rejection 
  • Good knowledge of digital trends and current affairs in Singapore and S.E.A.
  • Advance fluency in English and Mandarin; other languages will be a (big) plus point
